Top Two Tuesday - Concealers

Time for

Concealer Edition!

Concealer is one of those things that is so hit or miss depending on the person so first let me describe what I need from a concealer. First, my under eyes are VERY dry so I always make sure to properly moisturize before applying makeup to try to counteract that but sometimes it doesn't matter what I do, concealer just looks dry. Second, I do not have the worst dark circles in the world but they are definitely there. Last, I crease like no one's business.

Pixi Correction Concentrate - $12 from Pixi Beauty
This peachy/salmon colored concealer helps to counteract darkness under the eyes. It's pretty thick so I apply it with my finger to warm it up and help it really blend into my skin. Most of the time I don't HAVE to set this with a powder, but I usually do anyway. This is really drying if I don't properly moisturize before applying.

It Cosmetics - Bye Bye Under Eye - $24 from It Cosmetics
This is the end all, be all of concealer for me. It covers everything and a little goes a long way. A pin size drop of this is enough for both eyes, so this tube will last forever! The only thing is that this ABSOLUTELY has to be set with a powder. It stays tacky after you apply and doesn't seem to ever dry unless you set it. The only thing is that this does crease on me, so I usually take my Real Techniques Setting brush with me and lightly run it under my eyes and it fixes it right away.

Stick around for the next Top Two Tuesday where I'll go over my top two cream blushes!

Bye!
