Haul-day - Long Time Coming

Hey y'all. I've been wanting to do a haul post for a while and I've been making some trips here and there and wanted to go ahead and share with you some stuff I've gotten over the past couple months. So without further ado....

Quick Note! The black lace bowl here in this picture is by xhilaration and I purchased five of them from Target. I use them to store skin care products, my foundations, and all of my lip products. You could also make some of your own which would be really fun and cool to do. Here are some links to show you how!

Untitled #1

1. Too Faced Perfect Flush Blush
I have this product in Candy Glow. A friend of mine purchased it, used it once or twice, hated it and had resigned herself to using it just because she had spent the money on it. Well that doesn't sound like a good enough reason to me, and since I'd been wanting this exact thing I offered to buy it from her. I LOVE it. It gives my skin a perfect summer glow.

2. NYX Mineral Stick Foundation
Now, I know what you're thinking.... "Ashleigh... that color is super dark, you can't possibly use that!" Well you'd be right. The color is caramel and I use it to contour. Lately my skin has not been liking powder products so I've been using cream blushes, bronzers, and highlighters.

3. Loreal True Match Super-Blendable Crayon Concealer
I have this in medium/deep n6-7-8. I also use it for contouring.

4. Rimmel Stay Blushed Liquid Cheek Tints
Like I said, I'm all about cream products right now. I've been wanting these cheek tints for ages but never got around to buying them. Sadly, when I finally went to go get them I couldn't find them anywhere. I looked at Amazon and found all five colors. The colors are Pop of Pink, Touch of Berry, Peach Flush, Sunkissed Cherry, and Apricot Glow. These are so light on the skin and work amazing by themselves, but sometimes I do like to layer a little powder blush on top.

1. Too Faced Brow Envy
Who doesn't need a great brow product? This palette has everything you need in one convenient package. Wax, two powders, highlight, angled brush, spooly brush, and a set of tweezers.

2. Too Faced A La Mode Eyes
Yet another product I wanted for a while and never got around to buying. I finally went to go buy it at Ulta and it wasn't on the shelf anymore. Thankfully they had a stash of them in the back, so I was still able to get one that day. Love the bright pink and deep blue in this.

3. Wet & Wild Fergie Collection Quad
I got one of these quads in a Ipsy Bag (I think) a couple of months ago and thought it had really good color pay off. I love the colors in this quad, (Maldives Sky) so I went ahead and got it.

4. Benefit They're Real! Pushup Gel Liner
This is a new product by Benefit where the gel liner actually clicks up through a tip on the pen itself. It takes a lot of getting used to in order to get a good line, but it's getting easier as I use it more and more. I wish it came in more colors though.

1. Tarte Pure Delights 8-piece Lipsurgence Kit
As you can see I have a lip crayon PROBLEM. They are probably my favorite type of lip product because they are so easy to use. This kit was one of the 2013 Holiday kits that I wanted, but sadly it sold out before I could purchase it. I found it a couple weeks ago on the Tarte website and ordered it immediately. I has four traditional Lipsurgence Lip Tints, as well as four matte ones. The colors are as follows: Lovely, Believe, Grateful, Enamored, Glee, Generous, Cheerful and Destined.

2. Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Lip Kit
I think the Sephora Favorites kits are an amazing idea. In case you don't know what they are, Sephora puts together several different kits with deluxe samples (and sometimes full size) products that allow you to try a variety of brands without splurging for full size products you might not like. I got the original Give Me Some Lip kit last year and was pretty happy with most of the products. Sadly I can't say the same for this kit. A lot of the colors are so light and sheer that they hardly show up on my lips at all. This kit included a Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencil in Meritage (I liked this), a Buxum Mini Full-on Lip Cream in White Russian (I was so-so about this), a Marc Jacobs Beauty Mini Lust for Lacquer in Kissability (disappointing), NARS Mini Lip Gloss in Orgasm (Liked this as well) and a full size Smashbox Be Legendary Lip Gloss in Pout (Hated it)

3. Maybelline Color Whisper
I love the Color Whispers and wanted to get this color for a while so I went ahead and picked one up, it's in Mad for Magenta.

4.  NYX Chunky Dunk Lip Crayons
Lip Crayons! I found these at the check out counter on clearance and grabbed two. Once I got home I realized why they were on clearance. The color payoff is next to nothing. The colors I got were Pomegranate Margarita & Orange Splash.

5. Jordana Twist & Shine Moisturizing Balm Stain Lip Crayons
I already had one of these in the color Cranberry Crush and loved it so I picked up Honey Love & Rock n Rouge. I think the brighter colors stain better if you're looking to try them.

6. Revlon Colorburst Balm Stain Lip Crayon
I don't think I need to go into much detail with these, I already wrote about how much I love these in my Four or More tag post. I picked up one in Adore.

7. Burt's Bees Lip Crayon
I love the Burt's Bees Chapstick so when I saw these lip crayons at Walgreens I had to grab some. These have surprisingly good color pay off! I grabbed Niagara Overlook & Hawaiian Smolder.

Untitled #4

1. Benefit They're Real! Remover
Benefit came out with this the same time they came out with the Push-up Liner. It really does help take the They're Real! products off easier, but I have other things that work just as well.

2. Lancome Bi-Facil Eye Makeup Remover
Speaking of things I have that work just as well... I love this makeup remover. I got a deluxe sample of it from Beauty Test Tube AGES ago and I was finally running low so I picked up a full size.

3. Crown Brush Brushes
I have these brushes in C452 & C453. I got them when Crown Brush was on Hautelook hoping that they were going to be like the Sigma F80 & F84. Sadly they are not nearly as dense and don't function exactly like them. However I do like to use these for blending cream contour products.

Well.... That was a massive post. If you want more in depth reviews of any of these products let me know in the comments!

Till next time!
<3 Ashleigh
