So tell me... how much do I SUCK at this blogging thing? Seriously. Work and personal life got a little crazy (again) and then I actually got a new job and wanted to settle in before I figured out how to work blogging into my schedule.
Anyway, after my last post I realized that I skipped to primers and never touched on face masks. Which is crazy since I have two I love so much!
1. June Jacobs Skin Care - Papaya Purifying Enzyme Masque
Give you two guesses where I found this product.... Birchbox of course! I know this is massively expensive but I've had a 1.6 sample size for months because a little goes a LONG way. This mask feels and smells like heaven. The first time you put it on all you can do is just sigh. It really makes the skin super soft and it just glows. This is one I'd really have to save for a special treat to buy the full size but it's definitely worth it when that time comes.
2. Boscia Bright White Mask
This mask feels amazing on the skin, even after it starts to dry. It does brighten my skin and my face just feels cleaner afterwards. It's not kidding when it says to keep away from eyebrows and hairline though...OUCH! It peels off very easily once it's had the time to dry, but if it's not completely dry it hates to come off. I put a little on my hand before I used it the first time (to make sure I didn't have a reaction to it) and it was a pain in the butt to try to wash off. You really have to wait for it to dry and then it's a piece of cake. It doesn't smell nearly as good as the papaya mask above, but it's hard to beat the smell of heaven.
Okay, thanks so much for sticking with us through our posting dry spells. We'll try harder to post regularly I promise!
Amanda's posts might be a bit more sporadic as she is going into lambing season and it's a CRAZY time of year, even I hardly get to talk to her lately!
We'll do primers next week!
